These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Elastro LLC (“Elastro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the operator of the Sport Athlete Level platform (“SAL,” “the Platform,” or “the Service”). By accessing or using SAL at sportathletelevel.com or through any associated application, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use SAL. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these Terms.
SAL scores are algorithmic estimates of athletic performance based on self-reported data, peer ratings, and verified match results. They are intended for recreational and community use only and do not constitute professional athletic certifications or rankings recognized by any governing sports body.
You acknowledge that:
Users may report match results, log training sessions, and rate other athletes. By submitting any result or rating, you represent that the information is truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge. Submitting false match results, fabricating scores, or manipulating ratings is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension or permanent ban.
SAL facilitates athlete-organized events and venue-hosted competitions. When you register for a paid event or competition:
Prize fulfillment is the sole responsibility of the event or competition organizer. SAL is not liable for prizes that are not delivered as promised.
SAL offers free and paid membership tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). By subscribing, you authorize Elastro to charge your payment method on the applicable billing cycle. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not issued for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
Venues and clubs that join SAL as partners agree to additional terms presented at registration, including revenue share arrangements and event management responsibilities. Venue accounts are subject to a separate partnership agreement. SAL reserves the right to remove venues that fail to uphold competition standards or violate these Terms.

All content, branding, design, and technology on the SAL platform — including the SAL name, logo, scoring system, and software — is the intellectual property of Elastro LLC and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
By submitting content to SAL (including profile information, match data, and comments), you grant Elastro a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Service.
Your use of SAL is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
The SAL platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.
Physical activity disclaimer: SAL facilitates athletic competition and training logging. We are not responsible for any injury, illness, or health consequence arising from physical activities organized through or tracked on the platform. Always consult a qualified professional before beginning a new athletic program.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elastro LLC and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the SAL platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Elastro LLC and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall do so.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email or an in-app notice.
